Kanye West is ready to move on from a six-figure lawsuit over a piece of artwork! The rapper was being sued by Italian photographer Fabio Massimo Gammacurta.

According to court documents obtained by my homie “The Jasmine Brand,” Kanye has settled his lawsuit with Italian photographer Fabio Massimo Gammacurta for an undisclosed amount. Gammacurta sued Kanye for $150K, accusing him of illegally using one of his photos for the artwork on his mixtape, “F.M. Phenomenal Ziptape Volume 1.” 

West previously argued that he couldn’t be sued for damages since the mixtape was free and he didn’t profit from it.  He also said he never intended to commit copyright infringement.
