Kendrick Lamar is hoping to have a special guest in his video to “Poetic Justice.” Who you ask? Well the star of Poetic Justice, Janet Jackson.

He told MTV News that he wants Janet Jackson to appear in the video. Jackson’s song “Any Time, Any Place” is sampled in “Poetic Justice.” Lamar says that having Jackson in the video would a “blessing.” Lamar says he wants to set things up “artist to artist.” He  has looked up to Jackson for years and that having her in the video would “only be right.”

Kendrick Lamar’s debut album “good kid, m.A.A.d. city” was released in October. The record opened at #2 on Billboard 200.
