Former Disney star and “Dancing With The Star” finalist Kyle Massey is taking the producers of Bristol Palin’s new Lifetime reality series to court.

TMZ.com Massey is suing to get credit for the show he says he and his brother Christopher developed for Palin.

Massey filed the lawsuit in federal court in Los Angeles Tuesday, just ahead of Tuesday’s premiere of “Life’s a Tripp.”

Kyle and Christopher says producer David McKenzie took their idea for the project, repackaged the program, then cut them out of the loop altogether.

The Masseys are seeking compensation for their contributions to the series.
