Atlanta rapper and star of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Lil Scrappy, was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia earlier today for violating his probation.
According to TMZ, Scrappy was taken into custody on the side of the road. He was handcuffed right from his car. Real name, Darryl Kevin Richardson II, was booked in DeKalb County Jail.
According to his booking sheet in DeKalb he is listed as 5’10” and 185 lbs. Scrappy is on probation from a marijuana conviction back in 2008. He was sentenced to 5 years of probation and ordered to abstain from the use or possession of any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs. Scrappy also was ordered to complete an alcohol and drug education program and 240 hours of community service. The official records state, Scrappy was arrested for weed, carrying a concealed weapon, obstruction of officers and fighting. He was sentenced to 1 year probation for each of those offenses, but they ran concurrently.
