Lil Scrappy has finally been released from the Atlanta jail for violating his probation. He was arrested on Monday.

TMZ has learned that Scrappy’s attorney, Mawuli  Mel Davis, said that the  judge has put Scrappy back on probation. He will now have to check in with his probation officer because before he was on a “non-reporting” probation.

Scrappy didn’t check in with his probation officer which lead to a warrant and arrest. He had tried to get the warrant taken away but was arrested before. This all stems from a weed case back in 2008.
