The lovely Marlo Hampton is doing good in the hood under her “Simply Giving” campaign, Tuesday, November 26, 2013, 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. as she provides a complete Thanksgiving dinners, including turkeys, to Atlanta families in need.

The homie Marlo Hampton is using her celebrity for good. For the third year in a row Marlo Hampton is providing traditional Thanksgiving Dinners to needy families around Atlanta under her charitable campaign “Simply Giving”.  Marlo Hampton saw how many families didn’t have the means to have a great Thanksgiving dinner and she wanted to make a difference. change that.  Marlo Hampton said,

“I want to continue a tradition of giving. Each year I, like many Americans, sit down and enjoy the traditions of a Thanksgiving meal; but so many people aren’t afforded that opportunity. I have so much to be thankful for and I want to give some of that back to the community. It’s about giving back and making the holidays happy for EVERYONE, one family at a time!”

Marlo Hampton will be giving select Atlanta families a Thanksgiving Dinner including a turkey, stuffing and a healthy vegetable. The 30 families will meet and join Marlo to pick up their Thanksgiving Dinner at the Publix located at 1380 Atlanta Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, Near Northeast Atlanta and Atlantic Station.

When interviewed about “Simply Giving” Marlo had the following to say,

“I hope to see this wonderful tradition flourish. It starts with just one person and then it can multiply,” says Hampton, “we’re committed! We started this initiative two years ago and continue our goal to assist families in this difficult economy — “No One Fights Alone” and I am living proof of that.”
