Meek Mill is coming to his friend Drake’s defense. Mill tells “XXL Magazine” neither he or the Canadian-born rapper instigated the bar brawl that has been linked to Drake and singer Chris Brown. Meek Mill says the instigators were actually some random clubgoers who were at the New York City club that night. He also denies reports that he clocked Brown with a bottle after the two got into a shouting match before the brawl. In fact, Mill says he called the singer right after the incident. He says he and Brown are cool with each other. Brown and Drake both say they were leaving the club when the chaos began. Several people, including NBA star Tony Parker, were injured from some of the broken glass. So far no arrests have been made.
