Henry Gradstein calls Jackson “a monster” who threatened his client about going public after years of alleged sexual abuse. The now 30-year-old testified in Jackson’s favor during his 2005 child molestation trial. According to Gradstein, the choreographer “collapsed” under the weight of sexual trauma last year, and is now able to come clean. The lawyer says Robson was the victim of “brain washing by a sexual predator.” Robson spent time at Neverland Ranch with the star between the ages of seven and 14, when Gradstein alleges that Jackson used “intimidation” characteristic of child molesters to keep his client quiet for years.

Lawyers for Michael Jackson’s estate are calling new allegations of molestation against the pop star “pathetic.” Renowned choreographer Wade Robson is accusing the singer of sexually abusing him as a child, despite testifying otherwise at Jackson’s child molestation trial in 2005.

The singer was later acquitted. In a statement to TheWrap.com, Jackson Estate attorney Howard Weitzman called Robson’s claim “outrageous.”

He says Robson has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him. Weitzman questions why now, four years after Jackson’s death, is Robson suddenly reversing his previous statements. The choregrapher, who appears on the Fox series “So You Think You Can Dance?” is asking a Los Angeles judge for permission to file a late claim against Jackson’s estate.
