Miguel is officially being charged with two counts of drunk driving as a result of his DUI arrest that occurred on August 15 in Los Angeles.
The 27-year-old was initially stopped because the tint on the windows of his 2013 BMW was too dark, and that’s when police decided that he’d been drinking.
According to sources in law enforcement, Miguel was cooperative during the procedure, and his blood alcohol level was .10, which is just above California’s legal limit.
Miguel is scheduled to appear in court some time next week.
