The mother of NBA star Chris Bosh’s child is going to be a reality TV star. TMZ.com cites sources who say Allison Mathis is going to be added to the cast of the third season of VH1’s “Basketball Wives.” Mathis reportedly impressed show executives during a series of interviews, and will be offered a spot on the show.

There is no word just yet on who she will be replacing but we have been told that it will be Royce Reeds. Bosh and Mathis have had their fair share of drama in the past, as they engaged in a public battle over paternity payments for their son in 2009. A debut date for the third season of “Basketball Wives” has not been announced.
