Just because Miley can twerk doesn’t mean other young girls across the country are afforded the same right.
One California minor learned this the hard way when her mother punished her for twerking at a school dance by making her stand at a busy intersection with a sign informing passing cars that she “was disrespecting my parents by twerking at a school dance.”
