Naughty By Nature seems to have broken up. 🙁

Treach took to Twitter to fire his partner in HIP HOP Vinnie From Naughty By Nature.

SAY WHAT?

Naughty by Nature breaking up is like having a glass of kool aid with no sugar.

Bread with no meat.

A hot Coca Cola with no ice in the summer time.

I mean you get the drift.

These guys have been together since the early days of hip hop. Naughty By Nature was the first rap group to win a Grammy for Best Rap Album in 1991 for their self-titled debut.  They still travel around the country doing shows to packed out houses. According to their website Treach, Vinnie, and DJ Kay are scheduled to perform in Durham on May 18th and in another city in North Carolina on May 24th. There is no official statement on Naughty by Nature’s site or Twitter feed about the break up or Treach’s tweets.

Straight ripped VINNIE A NEW ONE in “Tall Midget”.

Treach has released a dis record towards Vinnie called “Tall Midget.”

In “Tall Midget” Treach rips Vinnie a NEW ONE: 

“Don’t bite the hand that feeds you, that’s exciting, fighting / I shoulda done celebrity ghost stories for all my ghost writing / I can’t fire the owner ’cause its me and my DJ (Kay Gee)/ [you] get a grown man time out / I’m out – get my swag on eBay / Cash, I get it, grab it feel the punishment from this savage / [I’m] a legend lyrical lord call you Uncle Ad Lib.”

Vinny responded to Treach’s remarks via Twitter, too.

“I’m waking to  drama. Spoke to my publicist. Silence is Golden. In the meantime Business 101:  You can’t Fire the Owner .”

Iyanla needs to fix this relationship expediciously.

Hip Hop can’t afford our greats beefing.
