Neilsen Poll: Lebron James No Longer Marketable to Brands

King James has been dethroned! A recent Nielsen Poll released some bad news for NBA superstar Lebron James, he can’t sell dirt! King James, who currently plays for the Miami Heat, is no longer in the list of top ten most marketable players in the NBA. The poll looked at “name and image awareness, appeal and personality attributes such as sincerity, approachability, experience and influence.”
Lebron’s score, once at 131, dropped to 26 in recent months. Dwayne Wade also fell, rom 117 to 34. Dirk Nowitzki of the Dallas Mavericks is currently the most marketable player in the NBA. Is it a coincidence that the Mavericks defeated the Heat in this year’s finals?
