“That’s So Raven” actor Orlando Brown is in more hot water. TMZ says another arrest warrant has been issued for the actor, just one month after he was arrested on an outstanding warrant related to his DUI case last year. According to the website, Brown failed to show up in court in Los Angeles last Friday to prove he has enrolled in an alcohol education program for his DUI case. The first bench warrant was issued in late May, also because Brown failed to offer up proof of enrollment. The 24-year-old actor is best known for playing Eddie Thomas on Raven-Symone’s Disney Channel sitcom “That’s So Raven.” He has also appeared in films like “Major Payne” and “Eddie’s Million Dollar Cook-Off.”
