“His Eye is On the Sparrow” is one the more famous black gospel songs that people sing.
Whitney Houston’s last recording was released (“Celebrate†feat. Jordin Sparks) and this morning, RCA Records has issued another stirring track from the upcoming Sparkle movie (in theatres Aug 17).
The classic gospel song “His Eye is On the Sparrow†is performed by Houston in a moving scene from the film. There wasn’t a dry eye on set after that scene was shot.  Whitney Houston nailed this version!!! Check it out below.
