A few weeks ago the homies over at Mediatakeout.com posted that Pam Grier had a tell all book coming out. In the book she says she and Richard Pryor broke up because his cocaine use had led to a dangerous buildup of the drug in her vagina. Is that even possible?  Thats crazy…
The name of her new book is “My Life in Three Acts” (which is now a must-buy) and is in stores now, Â here is her recounts of a conversation with her doctor which led to her breakup with Richard Pryor.
He said, “Pam, I want to tell you about an epidemic that’s prevalent in Beverly Hills right now. It’s a buildup of cocaine residue around the cervix and in the vagina. You have it. Are you doing drugs?”
“No,” I said, astonished.
“Well, it’s really dangerous,” he went on. “Is your partner putting cocaine on his penis to sustain his erection?”
“No,” I said, “not that I know of. It’s not like he has a pile of cocaine next to the bed and he dips his penis in it before we have sex.” I had a nauseating flash of one of Richard’s famous lines: Even my dick has a cocaine jones.
“Are you sure he isn’t doing it in the bathroom before he comes to bed?” the doctor asked.
“That’s a possibility,” I said. “You know, I am dating Richard Pryor.”
“Oh, my God,” he said. “We have a serious problem here. If he’s not putting it on his skin directly, then it’s worse because the coke is in his seminal fluid.”
The doctor then asks her if her mouth went numb while performing oral sex on Pryor, which she says it did, and which he links to the Novocaine-like effects of cocaine. WOW but why was she not using a condom.. Pam was a freak from the sounds of it…
Well at least she’s honest. I think I’ll go out and buy this book.
She isn’t using a condom because this was the seventies. Aside from things that soldiers brought home there wasn’t really an sexual transmitted disease that could kill you and was prevelant. No AIDS yet,remember. Also,it was right after the 60’s. No one used a condom in the 70’s.

You gotta realize, these were “the Pre-HIV/AIDS” 70s… The worst you could get back then was Herpes. EWWW, yes, but at least there was no death involved.
F.Y.I (since everyone seems to be giving these history lessons) condoms have been available since the 60s…AIDS existed, they just didn’t have a name for it because it was such a new disease. I’m surprised no one is talking about the fact that Pam Grier claims that Richard Pryor used cocaine so much that it was in his semen….*blank stare*
Pam Grier was never a saint… In an interview her cousin said he was ashamed of hot tramy she was.

This is crazy….and she held all of this information in for so many years…wow! Lol @ some of these comments ya’ll are funny…and yes condoms were around in the 60s and 70s and even before that…the first condom was a animal skin condom and it was made for one of them kings…king Louie or one of them can’t remember…but anyway like somebody said before it was around the time when people didn’t have to worry about diseases (not saying that they didn’t exist). I can only imagine how she felt…he didn’t even tell her that he was doing all of that before hand…smh…
