Paul Wall: “I Don’t Carry Myself As A White Person”

Houston rapper Paul Wall is one of the few white men in the hip-hop industry, but it’s not a uniqueness that he pays much attention to. The emcee recently spoke with “XXL Magazine” and explained that he has never let his skin color shape who he is. He states, quote, “Everybody raised me to believe I was a kid and an individual. So me being white or any other characteristic didn’t define who I was. So I don’t carry myself as a white person. I am who I am.” Paul Wall says just because he’s white, fans shouldn’t compare him to other Caucasian artists. He adds, quote, “I also think I’m wise enough to know you can’t compare me to Eminem due to his success and style.”

Paul Wall will be dropping new music this summer when he releases his “Heart of a Champion” album. The record drops on June 29th. What yall think is he Black?

He isn’t saying he’s black he’s saying that it doesn’t matter what he is. Not saying he isn’t white. Saying he doesn’t walk around thinking “I’m white” and carrying that around wih him as if it means something to him or anyone else. Which a lot of white people do. Walking around with a sense of entitlement. And on the flipside of that most black people walk around and see white people and give them that entitlement. When will people learn that rascism is an issue thrown out to distract you. Its pretty much a real of classism now. Get it together people.

MOST WHITE PEOPLE FEEL THEY NEED TO ACT A CERTAINT WAY OR SOMETHING, OUTSIDE OF TEXAS WHITE PEOPLE WILL CALL PAUL WALL A ” WIGGER ” BUT PAUL WALL DOESNT CARE ABOUT THOSE WHITE PEOPLE…. HE DOESNT CARRY HIMSELF IN THAT MANNER, HE GREW UP WITH THOSE TEXAS BOYS, THUGS, GANGSTERS, YOU CAN HEAR IT IN HIS VOICE HE REALLY TALKS LIKE THAT, HE ISNT BEING FAKE LIKE THOSE STUPID WIGGERS. PAUL WALL GREW UP BROKE, BAD AREA, MADE IT FAMOUS, GREAT MUSIC, DOES NOT PROMOTE VIOLANCE OR CUSS IN EVERY SINGLE LINE. GOOD MAN, LOT OF RESPECT. 100% REAL
