Singer turned blockbuster actor Tyrese is back on the scene with a dope new album entitled ‘Black Rose‘. ‘Black Rose’ is a follow-up to his successful 2011 release ‘Open Invitation’ which featured the smash hit single ‘Stay’ which remained a number #1 single for 11 consecutive weeks on the Billboards UAC chart; as well as hit singles ‘Best of Me’ and ‘Nothing on You’ both of which hit the Top 5 at Urban AC radio. ‘Open Invitation’ earned Tyrese a Soul Train Award for Best R&B Song, Stay , and a 2012 Grammy Nomination for Best R&B Album.
Tyrese is very vocal about his passion for good music and his commitment to his fans. Tyrese is currently on a nationwide tour promoting ‘Black Rose’ to the sheer delight of his fans all over the world. The Atlanta meet and greet was held at the black owned DBS Sounds located in Riverdale, Georgia. Tyrese was gracious and connected with each fan that stood patiently in line to cop a copy of ‘Black Rose’ and connect with the crooner.
I try to be a positive person but I was highly offended by the way the Riverdale Police Department treated the fans and media waiting patiently in line to meet and greet with Tyrese. I was shoved by a mean bow-legged copper when I was trying to get my shots to share with you guys. Also I feel some sort of way about the way I was pushed and rushed through the line while trying to get a good shot of Tyrese autographing a copy of ‘Black Rose’. Thanks Mr. Ross for everything…NOT!
As you can see Tyrese is doing epic ish with ‘Black Rose’ and I invite you all to check it out today.
