R&B singer Trey Songz is no longer facing charges for misdemeanor assault.

The singer was accused of throwing a stack of money at a woman in a gentlemen’s club in Queens, New York last year. The cash supposedly hit the woman in the left eye. According to TMZ.com, an investigation into the incident failed to turn up evidence that Trey broke the law and prosecutors decided not to move forward with the case.

The Queens District Attorney’s office tells the celebrity gossip site there was “no high level of recklessness” in the case.
