The homie Rick Ross has just purchased Former Heavyweight Champion Evander Hollyfield’s multi-million dollar mansion in Fayetteville. The big homie is going to do big things with the sprawling estate that includes creating a recording studio, entertaining his celebrity friends, and creating a home for his little girls to just name a few. It’s going to be EPIC but we don’t expect anything less from the BIG BOSS Rick Ross.

East Point can now claim the Biggest Boss as a tax paying resident. It’s crazy how the big homie Rick Ross is always in the A but we never know about it. Little fact Rick Ross’s fiancé used to live down the street from Kelly Price. It’s funny I am trying to pull up some information on his girl and can’t find anything anywhere. But trust and believe the big boss is a regular in the ATL! I suppose Rick Ross wants to be a little closer to his girl thanks to WINTER BOO season being in full effect.

Rick Ross just dropped seven million dollars on Evander Holyfield’s old mansion. Yall remember when the former heavyweight champion of the world was the big boss? He had stacks on deck and was living the high life until it all came to a screeching end when he had to file for bankruptcy. Now Rick Ross is going to be using the mansion as a place to do business and a home for his family which includes his finance and three little girls. Fayetteville is a great place to conduct business and raise a family.

Evander Holyfield sold his old crib in a public auction as part of  his bankruptcy many years ago. The house has sat vacant ever since. Reportedly the house costs $1 million annually to maintain; but that makes sense since it’s the biggest house in Georgia.
