A rumored mistress of Jay Z is putting her apology to Jay’s wife, Beyoncé, on record. Check it out below.
In the song, Aspiring Rapper Liv denies having an affair with Jay Z, rapping that she’d rather be a “lonely chick, than be a number two.” Sampling the beat from Outkast’s “Ms. Jackson,” aspiring rapper Liv unleashes her apology in her new song, “Sorry Ms. Carter.” However, she does hint that there was once an attraction between her and Beyoncé’s husband. She even says that when she stepped out of Jay’s life she “took a piece of his heart.” After putting her own twist on a number of lyrics from Jay Z’s songs, Liv takes aim at Mrs. Carter herself. She mocks Beyoncé’s lyrics in her song “Drunk In Love,” adding that she should teach young women to “be wise” as well as “how to act around your husband.”
Jay and Beyoncé wrap up their co-headlining “On the Run” tour this week. Rumors of marital problems have plagued the couple since the tour kicked off in June.
