American Express doesn’t play games when it comes to payback. Producer Sean Garrett is learning the hard way. He was ordered to pay Amex over $108,000.

TMZ reports, that Garrett was sued by Amex claiming that he never paid off the bill on his card. The well known credit card company filed a motion for default judgement last month. Garrett never responded to the lawsuit. With no response the judge ruled in Amex’s favor. Apparently a lot of the debt was due to identity theft.

Garrett is also having issues with the State of Georgia. The state filed a tax lien against him claiming he owes over $1 million in back taxes for 2006, 2007, and 2010.
