How money hungry can you be. I was watching my  Monica Kaufman on the channel 2 news in Atlanta and was lost for words after I heard her reporting on this 103 year old women who was being evicted .  Here’s the story:
Vita Lee, 103, has shared her northwest Atlanta home with her 83-year-old daughter for 53 years.
Deutch Bank planned to evict the women Tuesday, but the movers and Fulton County sheriff’s deputies sent to the home did not remove them, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Lee, whose 104th birthday is three weeks away, told Channel 2 that she was not worried about being kicked out of her Penelope Road home.
“No, I knew that they know what they were doing. God don’t let them do wrong,” she said.
The situation seemed to affect Lee’s daughter, who was rushed to the hospital Tuesday, Channel 2 said.
The legal fight over eviction started in 2009 and stems from a second mortgage taken out years ago by another family member, the report said. Lee hopes a deal can be reached so she can remain in her home.
“I love it. It’s a mansion,” she said.

How mean can people be this makes me mad,because its true what they say money rules the world and the minds of the evil people that controls it.
Where Tyler Perry at? He should do his Oprah’ly duties and help this young queen out. He can claim it on his taxes as a charity. I’m oh, so sear-ree-ous.

dang this breaks my heart. Hope her daughter is ok. Its clear they need each other and their home. This world is jacked up (checking my 401k) I dont like seeing people work all their lives for ish like this to happen. Her age alone is graceful.

THIS LADY IS 104 WHY PUT HER OUT THATS COLD HEARTED PEOPLE AS IN THE HEAD PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT US AS THE PEOPLE ARE GETTING POOR AND POORER BY THE DAY AND ITS HARD OUT HERE RICHER GET RICHER AND POORER GET POORER SO WHERE IS ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE MONEY TO HELP THE POOR OUT IN A TIME OF NEED OH THEY PROB OUT DRINKING AND PARTY IT UP AND SAYIN IT NOT MY FAMILY

my question is why haven’t family members stepped in to catch up the back mortgage payments there is no way this woman has been on this earth to not have grandchildren. nieces,nephew. children to make sure she is taking care of especially see to it she keeps a roof over her head come on families we need to learn how to take care of each other because the world will not step in
I agree with Missthang completely. How are you going to take out a loan on your elderly relatives house and then blow off the payments to the point that she is losing her home. It’s a shame. So many elderly get taken advantage of these days. Hope she gets to stay.
It Is the Hoiday season and this is a woman that needs help. How can we set up a way to make a donation to help her stay in her home in peace. so many make donations that we do not know were they realy go. someone that knows how to do this please start a Charity for her and I would be glad to make a donation !!!
What court gave the order for her to be evicted? As we break the laws, statutes, judgments and commandments of The Almighty God Yahweh–worse will happen–when we do not show love one to another. Let us take heed and learn what is going on.
