The Good, Bad, & Ugly + All The Winners @ AMAs 2010

R&B and rap superstars Usher and Eminem were big winners at Sunday night’s American Music Awards. Usher’s “Raymond v. Raymond” album won Favorite Album for Soul/R&B, while he was also awarded the category’s honor of Favorite Male Artist. Usher was also a performer during last night’s ceremony. He took the stage for a rendition of his hit single “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love.” While Eminem wasn’t on hand for Sunday’s show, he still managed to collect two trophies. The emcee is this year’s Favorite Male Artist for Rap/Hip-Hop, while his multi-platinum “Recovery” record won Favorite Album for Rap/Hip-Hop as well. Other winners included the Black Eyed Peas who walked away with Favorite Band, Duo or Group for Pop/Rock. Rihanna also managed to add an AMA to her trophy case, claiming Favorite Female Artist for Soul/R&B.

Prior to winning her award, Rihanna kicked the evening off with a medley of hits off her new album “Loud.” She was followed on stage by artists like Katy Perry, Bon Jovi, Kid Rock, Black Eyed Peas, Pink, Justin Bieber, and Taylor Swift. Legendary boy bands Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block closed out the show by teaming up for a medley of their hit singles. The 38th American Music Awards were presented Sunday night on ABC during a ceremony at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live.
