Trial Date Set In Foxy Brown’s Case Involving Neighbor

(11/18/2010) Foxy Brown is prepared to fight for her freedom. The emcee was in Brooklyn Supreme Court Tuesday where she refused to accept a plea deal in her case involving a dispute with a neighbor. According to the “New York Daily News,” Judge John Walsh went on to set a February 7th trial date. Following the hearing, Foxy Brown’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazullo, defended his client saying, “She did not moon that woman,” adding, “We want this case dismissed.” Foxy Brown was arrested back in July for allegedly getting into an argument with her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, and flashing her backside. Raymond already had a protective order against the rapper for throwing a BlackBerry phone device at her back in 2007.
Foxy Brown is facing one misdemeanor charge of criminal contempt for allegedly violating Raymond’s protective order. She is facing one year behind bars if convicted. Sad Sad Sad…What do you all think?
