Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnson meet again in court after a shot and messy domestic violence divorce. Evelyn has agreed to drop the restraining order against Johnson.
The former husband and wife appeared in a Florida courtroom where Evelyn asked the judge to drop the restraining order reported by TMZ. This all stemmed from an argument that lead in headbutting and divorce.  Their marriage only lasted about a month. Chad has admitted to an anger problem and has been seeking help.
The judge asked Evelyn if she had been threatened or coerced into making the request to drop the order and if she was afraid of Johnson she said, “No” to both questions.
The request was granted and the restraining order has been removed.
I dont see why she pressed charges then turn around an drop the restraining order
