Wiz Khalifa In Concert - November 6, 2010A judge is throwing out Wiz Khalifa’s one-million dollar lawsuit against a concert promoter. The rapper filed the lawsuit earlier this month, claiming the concert promotion company “It’s My Party, Inc.” owed him one-million dollars for abruptly cancelling an event at George Mason University that he was scheduled to perform at.

wiz-baby-cryingWiz said the last minute cancellation damaged his reputation. According to documents obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled that “It’s My Party” doesn’t owe Wiz one penny, let alone one-million dollars. Apparently, the judge tossed the lawsuit after “It’s My Party” proved that Wiz had never signed a contract with them.
