Rick Ross says “unfulfilled contractual obligations” are preventing him from taking part in Australia’s Supafest. A rep for the hip-hop star told MTV News over the weekend that Rick had to pull out of the four day festival because “the payment arrangements did not meet contractual deadlines.” Supafest took place on Saturday and Sunday and will resume next weekend. Missy Elliott and Diddy were also slated to take part, but ultimately backed out. While Rick Ross says his decision to not perform was business related, there are rumors that the emcee is once again battling his health.

Ross, who suffered two seizures last year, also pulled out of shows in Houston and Guyana this month. The promoters for Rick’s Houston show, Real Uprizing Productions, told audience members that the rapper had suffered a seizure in his hotel room and couldn’t make his performance. Rick’s camp has yet to confirm any health concerns. A source tells MTV that he’s feeling fine and is in great shape.
