Las Vegas police are folding their cards in their investigation of Whitney Houston’s daughter.
Bobbi Kristina Brown will not be prosecuted for underage gambling due to insufficient evidence.
Video posted on TMZ last month showed footage of a young woman, believed to be Bobbi Kristina, gambling at a slot machine with a friend at the MGM Resort and Casino.
Bobbi Kristina is 19. The legal gambling age in Nevada is 21. Law enforcement officials said they were investigating the situation but are now declaring the case closed.
Bobbi Kristina was in Las Vegas last month to accept Billboard’s Millennium Award on her late mother’s behalf.
