Kelly Rowland gets fab in newly released promotional pics shot by famed celebrity photographer Derek Blanks. The singer is still riding high off the success of her hit “Motivation” and is currently filming the new season of the UK X-Factor in London as a judge. In a recent interview with Hip Hop Weekly, the diva opened up about finding herself and her voice at 30.

I have a newfound confidence. I just turned 30 this year and it feels really liberating. I feel that I’ve come into my own. I’m confident in my voice. That’s where my business sense has picked up. Every artist kinda has to manage himself. It’s fine to have someone there, but it needs to be a partnership. I realize for me, that this is the best thing at this point in my life. I’m working with Devyne Stephens and Timmy Witherspoon, and we tag team off each other.”
