Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward has a new addition to it’s ever-growing community with the grand opening of the first eco-friendly crossfit gym, CrossFit O4W. The grand opening was sponsored by the Atlanta Hawks, Whole Foods & several other healthy living vendors.

Crossfit O4W’s Fitness Expo was the spectacular grand opening and fitness expo held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 located at 828 Ralph McGill Blvd. #W4 Atlanta, GA 30306 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. for Fourth Ward’s new crossfit gym. This gym is going to be an amazing staple in the eclectic and very rich Atlanta neighborhood. CrossFit 04W’s has some amazing sponsors that include: The Atlanta Hawks, Smoothie King, Big Peach Runners Co., Kale-Me-Crazy, Yeah Burger, Sacred Thread Yoga and Herbalife. The goal of Crossfit O4W’s is to target Old Forth Ward residents and fitness connoisseurs.

CrosFit’s offered complimentary hour-long fitness sessions, ribbon cutting, sampled healthy smoothies provided by Smoothie King and many were educated on the ever so popular Herbalife.

The state of the art facility is located at 828 Ralph McGill Blvd. #W4 Atlanta, GA 30306.

The paperless facility, electronically powered by Apple products, is the only CrossFit in Atlanta that offers Women’s Self Defense classes.

Crossfit is located at the Telephone Factory lofts, right next to Two Urban Licks, is in a prime location on the Atlanta Beltline with easy access to and from Freedom Parkway.
