Chris Brown showed up in court with attorney, Mark Geragos, and has tested positive for marijuana. He was in court for his probation and a progress report of how he is doing. When tested in Virginia he was positive for marijuana. The Virginia judge said she would not revoke his probation, according to reports from TMZ. He is still on probation after his charge of felony battery with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.  The probation documents state that Brown had failed his drug test on June 18th in Virginia.

The probation report states that Chris had told his probation officer he had smoked weed in the state of California. In Cali, Brown has a medical marijuana prescription. He failed the drug test in Virginia where marijuana is illegal, prescription or not.

Judge Patricia Schnegg only ended up giving Brown a stern reminder to obey all laws because she never ordered him mandatory drug testing for his probation. Another good note for Brown is Schnegg ordered that his entire case be moved to California where he currently resides. Brown must also meet with his probation officer within the next 72 hours to discuss his community service hours that still needs to be completed.
