2 1/4 in-------> (2*4+1)/4----> 9/4 in
2 3/4 in-----> (2*4+3)/4-----> 11/4 in

if the scale factor=7
the dimensions of the school photo are
(9/4)*7-----> 63/4 in-----> 15 3/4 in
(11/4)*7----> 77/4 in-----> 19 1/4 in
