Please helP!! I don't know how to do this!! 13pts

The dynamic pressure q generated by a fluid moving with velocity v can be found using the formula above, where n is the constant density of the fluid. An aeronautical engineer uses the formula to find the dynamic pressure of a fluid moving with velocity v and the same fluid moving with velocity 1.5v. What is the ratio of the dynamic pressure of the faster fluid to the dynamic pressure of the slower fluid?

Please helP I dont know how to do this 13pts The dynamic pressure q generated by a fluid moving with velocity v can be found using the formula above where n is class=

Respuesta :

Let [tex]q_1[/tex] be the dynamic pressure of the faster fluid and [tex]q_2[/tex] be the dynamic pressure of the slowest fluid.

According to the exercise, we can say that [tex]v_1=1.5v_2[/tex] which means : [tex]\dfrac{v_1}{v_2}=1.5[/tex] .

Now we have :
[tex]\dfrac{q_1}{q_2}=\dfrac{1/2nv_1^2}{1/2nv_2^2}=\left(\dfrac{v_1}{v_2}\right)^2=1.5^2=2.25[/tex]
