Ok so to solve we have to know how many minutes are in one hour

There are 60 minutes in one hour

So for Mike you have to divide 870÷60

[tex]870 \div 60 = 14.5[/tex]
So Mike worked for 14 1/2 hours

Now for Jennifer we have to divide 225÷60

[tex]225 \div 60 = 3.75[/tex]
So Jennifer worked 3 3/4 hours

Finally for Carlton we have to divide 75÷60

[tex]75 \div 60 = 1.25[/tex]

So Carlton worked for 1 1/4 hours
