People normaly overload when there training hardly, any type of fitness exersize can cause an overload.Exersize isn't the only thing you can overload on.You can overload or stress, food, medication, exersize, etc.The best thing to do is take breaks, too much overload may take a toll on your body and the way your brain functions.
