All of these food groups are important.  I am choosing fruits, because that is the recommended daily intake of fruit. 3 serving of fruit per day which is equal to 1 1/2 cups.

Dairy products is 2-3 cups, Grains are 4-5 servings, and Vegetables are 3-4 serving
