As we know by mirror formula we have
[tex]\frac{1}{d_i} + \frac{1}{d_o} = \frac{1}{f}[/tex]
here we know that
[tex]d_o = 10 cm[/tex]
[tex]f = 2 cm[/tex]
now from above equation
[tex]\frac{1}{10} + \frac{1}{d_i} = \frac{1}{2}[/tex]
here we will have
[tex]d_i = 2.5 cm[/tex]
now for size of image we know that
[tex]\frac{h_i}{h_o} = -\frac{d_i}{d_o}[/tex]
here we will have
[tex]h_i = -3 \times \frac{2.5}{10}[/tex]
[tex]h_i = -0.75 cm[/tex]
