Well, canola oil is not made of cannoli, motor oil is not made of motors, bath oil is not made of baths, and sewing machine oil is not made of sewing machines.  

That's enough counterexamples to tell us that your single clever cherry-picked example doesn't imply anything that needs to be considered in other situations.  

So we don't have to worry at all.  There is no chance that baby oil is made of babies.  We're entirely free to go look it up online, and learn what's REALLY in baby oil that makers it good for babies' skin.
