Answer: My highest heart rate was 138 bpm, and my lowest heart rate was 78 bpm. I noticed that my final heart rate is similar to my initial heart rate. The cardio exercises that I chose for activities 1 and 5 helped my heart reach a higher rate than some of the middle activities. Activities 1 and 5 were my basketball and jogging activities, which I know are pretty serious cardio workouts compared with a leisurely bike ride. Biking is what I did in the second activity.
