My Elevator Pitch

My name is Olivia Styles. I have just graduated with my associate degree in health care administration. I have always felt empathy for people with illnesses. In high school I was a volunteer at the community hospital. I realized I wanted to specialize in health care administration during a summer internship between my junior and senior years in college. When I graduated, I took a part-time job as a paramedic. Now I am looking for a full-time position that will propel me into a meaningful health care career in a hospital.

Which information should Olivia add to her elevator pitch to show her commitment to the field?

Olivia should add WHY she wants a health career in a hospital. She mentions that she 'realized she wanted to specialize in health care administration during a summer internship' - but not WHAT happened to make her feel that way.

When giving an elevator pitch, it's always a good idea to add a relevant story - make them relate / care about you a bit more.
