then, you can simplify the numerator into
[tex]\frac{8-12-22+3x-6}{x+2}[/tex]
srry but i am just going to assume that you are trying to find what x equals.
if you are, then read on!
so this means that [tex]\frac{8-12-22+3x-6}{x+2}=0[/tex]
now multiply (x+2) on both sides, geting [tex]8-12-22+3x-6=0[/tex]
simplify this, and you got [tex]3x-32=0[/tex] and then [tex]3x=32[/tex]
divide both sides and u got [tex]x=\frac{32}{3}=10.67[/tex]
