Noel Hypothesis states that radical or ethnic stratification is the concurrence when the groups that has ethnocentrism, competition between groups, and a differential in power comes in contact.
The ability of the people to make judgement about the other society depending on the differences that exists in the traditions, religion, lifestyle and the physical traits are included in the ethnocentrism.
