Police powers
Explanation:
Expressed powers are the powers purposely provided to the federal government in Article one, section Eight of the US constitution thereby expressing powers of the different wing of the government.
Some of the expressed powers include-
1. Power to mint money
2. Power to raise as well as maintain armed forces.
3. Power to regulate commerce
4. Power to declare war on the adversarial power.
5. Power to establish a post office and so on.
Thus, Police powers is not mentioned in expressed powers list of US constitution.
