Answer/Explanation:

Terrorism has been on the high rise in Iran with numerous terrorist groups springing up by the day. For instance, terrorist groups like the Al-Qaeda terrorist group which is regarded as one of the deadliest terrorist groups in the world. One such group also includes the Jundallah group also known as the People's Resistance Movement of Iran (PRMI) which is translated to mean the Soldiers of Allah. This group, which was founded by Abdolmalek Rigi in 2003 is a Sunni terrorist group that claims to be fighting for the equal rights of Sunni Muslims.

Since the Iranian revolution in 1979, the Iranian government has been accused of promoting the activities of terrorist groups like the Jundallah group as a result of its actions of supporting and permitting the training and financing of such groups like the Hezbollah, Hamaz, and Jundullah which it claims to be national liberation movement with a right of self-defense against enemy occupation (i.e. Israel is regarded as an enemy country by the government of Iran). These groups have been associated with a plethora of terrorist activities. Thus, it is believed the actions of the Iranian government in providing support for some of these groups could be promoting terrorist activities in Iran and beyond.
