The 10 first amendments are called the Bill of Rights.
1st: They protect the freedom of speech, press, assembly, and petition.
2nd: The right to bear arms.
3rd: Quartering soldiers. (Soldiers cannot be quartered in citizens homes)
4th: Search and seizures. (Police and not search people’s properties without a warrant)
5th: Protection of rights of Life, Liberty, and Property
6th: Rights of accused criminals (The rights to a speedy and public trial, to confront witnesses against them, ect.)
7th: Rights in Civil Cases
8th: Bails, Fine, and Punishments (no cruel or unusual punishments, ect.)
9th: Rights Kept by the People
10th: Undelegated Powers Kept by the States and the People
