Muscular strength is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift.
Muscular endurance is how many times you can move that weight without getting exhausted (very tired)
Endurance strength is a bending stress that you can withstand for a finite number of cycles without a fatigue failure. While muscular strength is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift. Both of these are different in different ways,but they both are good in the physical world.
