The EI segment is 8 units long. To find the ratio of 2:1 divide 8 by 3 (add the ratio to get 3). 8/3 is about 2.6. So the ratio 2:1 for 8 would be around 5.2:2.6 since both can be divided by 2.6 to get 2:1. Then you must find what point from E is about 5.6 units which seems to be J.
