Which region on the map shows Alexander's empire at its greatest size?

A map of Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Four distinct regions are labeled A, B, C, and D. Region A encompasses the southern Balkans region, bounded on the south by modern Greece and Albania, and bounded on the east by the Black Sea. It includes the modern-day countries of Macedonia and Bulgaria, as well as northern Turkey. Region B includes three large areas: 1) southern Turkey and the Nile River Valley to the west; 2) the Middle East except for the Arabian Peninsula; and 3) central Asia to the west, including the Oxus and Indus Rivers. Region C includes almost all of Region B plus the Caspian Sea. Region C, however, does not include the Nile River Valley nor the Oxus and Indus Rivers. Region D also includes almost all of Region B plus the Aral Sea and the northern half of the Arabian Peninsula. Region D, though, does not include Turkey, and its eastern boundary stops at the Indus River.
