HELP!!!!!!!! my keyboard keeps acting up every time I press a random key on my keyboard when it stops working it works perfectly but every time I shut it down and start it again and want to use it my keyboard acts up it opens another app every time I hit a key sometimes some keys don't even do anything when I click w it opens this drawing app and I have to keep shutting down my device for it to work and it is getting annoying and ctrl+ the windows key don't work

try unplugging it and replugging it in, make sure your keyboard is clean, that there aren't any crumbs underneath the keys.

they using it on a different device and see if it does the same thing.
